Screens in Cancun are 16:9

Prezi cannot be used for presentations in symposia, courses or free papers.

 

Free papers:

• All free paper presenters will have six (6) minutes to present and one (1) minute for discussion.
• Presentations should be limited to eight (8) slides that include: one for title, one for declaration of interests, one for purpose, one for methods, three for results and one for conclusions.
• PPT or PPTX files should be dropped off at the Speaker Ready Room a minimum of three (3) hours before presentation (or the day before for sessions that start at 8:30 am).
  • Speakers will be allowed to plug and play, however, it is the speakers’ responsibility to supply their own computer (no tablets or smartphones allowed) and bring the necessary adaptors. Please note that your decision to plug and play may affect the amount of time you have to present.
• There is no simultaneous translation for Free Paper sessions.

 

ePosters:

• Electronic Posters are limited to eight (8) slides that include: one for title, one for declaration of interests, one for purpose, one for methods, three for results and one for conclusions.
• Electronic Posters should be in Power Point 16:9 format (PPT or PPTX).
• The deadline to submit accepted electronic posters is April 10, 2019.
• Final electronic posters must be uploaded via WeTransfer per the email instructions sent to the submitting author
  • Electronic posters should be named according to the instructions sent to the submitting author

 

Videos:

• Videos must have a maximum duration of 5 minutes;
• Accepted videos should be in one of the following formats: .mpeg, .mov, .mp4, .flv, or .wmv.
• The deadline to upload the video is March 29, 2019;
• Videos must be uploaded via WeTransfer per the email instructions sent to the submitting author
• Videos will be displayed on terminals in the Cancun ICC and in the application for phone and tablet.
